These Terms and Conditions set forth how Inside SEO products and the related service may and may not be used, as well as your responsibilities and rights.
The products are available at Digital M SEO Ltd, a company headquartered in Bulgaria, EIK 208066221, registered for VAT under number BG208066221.
The Three Products
The Inside SEO product family includes three separate products:
- The free plugin - It is available through the official WordPress repository under the name “DigitalM Inside SEO.” It is free, open-source, and fully functional. Nothing in it is locked, and it does not require payment.
- Paid Add-ons – These are available separately, exclusively through our website, digitalmseo.com. They are not distributed through the WordPress repository and are not part of the free plugin.
- The Agency Plugin - A separate plugin called “DigitalM Inside SEO Agency,” which the agency installs on its own website to monitor the SEO status of its clients’ websites from a single location. It works only in conjunction with the free plugin installed on each client’s website and only after explicit confirmation from both parties. It is distributed through the official WordPress repository.
These Terms apply to all three products, but clearly specify which provisions apply to which product.
License for the free plugin
The source code for this free plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2.0 or later.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under this license—the right to copy, modify, distribute, and run the plugin's code.
The free plugin runs entirely on your website. It does not require a license and does not lock any features behind a paywall.
The Hub Service
The hub is a separate hosted service at seo.digitalmseo.com, managed by us. It offers two types of features:
Sign in with Google—free for everyone. When you click “Connect Google Account,” the free plugin uses the hub to complete the connection with Google Search and Google Analytics. This is a technical service because Google requires a single callback URL shared by all websites. It is available for free to anyone who has installed the free plugin.
Multi-site analysis – for subscribers. Processing that cannot be performed within a single website (link analysis, detection of cannibalization across multiple websites, semantic grouping). This feature is available through paid add-ons and requires an active subscription.
Paid Add-ons
Paid add-ons are a separate product that you download from our website. They provide advanced features—in-depth analytics, user journey tracking, AI-powered recommendations, and access to the link marketplace.
Paid add-ons require an active subscription. As long as your subscription is active, you will receive the add-ons and their updates.
When a subscription is canceled, paid add-ons stop receiving updates and, after a short grace period, stop working. This applies only to paid add-ons. The free plugin remains fully functional.
Your data in the WordPress database (audit results, user journey events, settings) is preserved and remains accessible if you renew your subscription.
Agency Plugin and Integration with Client Websites
The "DigitalM Inside SEO Agency" plugin allows an agency to monitor the SEO status of its clients' websites from a single dashboard. It is installed on the agency's website and works only in conjunction with the free plugin installed on each client's website.
Connecting never happens automatically. It involves a series of clear steps. The agency creates an invitation for a specific client’s website. The client opens the invitation on their website and confirms it. The agency approves the confirmed connection. Data sharing is a separate toggle that is turned off by default. The client’s data becomes visible to the agency only after the client turns on this toggle.
Either party may terminate the connection at any time. This stops any further exchange of data.
When the connection is active and the client has enabled data sharing, the agency’s website can read SEO data from the client’s website—audit results, a summary of Google’s history, keyword and page rankings, a change log, and daily visit counts (aggregate figures only, with no personal visitor data) . The agency can also send change requests, which the client’s website applies to its own SEO fields (e.g., title, meta description, or image alt text). These are text-only changes to SEO fields. No code is sent or executed.
Only the client's own SEO data is shared. No personal data of the website's visitors or customers is shared.
The number of client websites an agency can connect depends on the plan selected. Up to three client websites are free. A paid plan is required for more client websites. This is a term of service, not a technical limitation in the plugin’s code.
Pricing and Refunds
The free version offers the basic features at no cost.
Paid plans (Personal, Studio, Agency, Enterprise) offer additional features. Current pricing is available at seo.digitalmseo.com.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. The annual subscription is billed at the price of 10 months—meaning you get two months free.
You can request a full refund of the amount paid within 30 days of the original purchase, no questions asked. To do so, please email contact@digitalmseo.com.
Beta Program
Users who joined the beta program before the public launch receive the first year of the Personal plan for free. After the first year, they are eligible for a 50% lifetime discount on the plan of their choice.
Permitted Use
You may use the products on an unlimited number of websites that you own or manage on behalf of third parties, within the limits of your selected plan, subject to the following conditions:
- You may not provide illegal or unauthorized content through any feature of the products.
- You do not attempt to hack or damage our systems and services.
- You may not share, distribute, or resell your access to the paid add-ons without our written consent.
- You understand and agree that under no circumstances will we be liable for any costs or damages arising from the use of the service.
The hub's service is intended for use with our official products. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of requests made through unauthorized clients, attempts to circumvent technical restrictions, unauthorized security tests, or any other use that violates these Terms.
Dating Site
The Agency and Enterprise paid plans include access to a media marketplace where you can order placements from third-party media providers. We act as an intermediary between you and the providers.
When you place an order:
- The order details and the article you uploaded are stored in the hub.
- We receive an order notification via email.
- We forward the order to the appropriate media provider.
- Payment for publications is processed separately from your subscription.
We do not guarantee that every order will be published—publications are subject to editorial review by the provider. Refunds for individual publications are governed by the provider’s terms and conditions.
Artificial Intelligence Features
The AI features (title suggestions, short descriptions, structured data, and Q&A) require you to set up access to a provider of your choice (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google).
You are responsible for the fees charged by the provider for its service. We do not charge you for the use of artificial intelligence.
With these features, the page content is transmitted directly from your website to the provider. Our servers do not process or store these requests.
Support and Limitations
Support for the free plugin is provided, when possible, through the official WordPress support channel.
Support for paid plans is provided via email at contact@digitalmseo.com. Response times vary by plan. The Enterprise plan includes priority support with a response time of up to 24 hours on business days.
The products are provided "as is," without warranty. We do not guarantee specific search results, improvements in search rankings, or revenue growth. Search results depend on many factors beyond the product's control.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via in-app notifications and by email to active subscribers. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact us first at contact@digitalmseo.com, and we agree to try to resolve it in good faith in accordance with the applicable law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
If the dispute is not resolved and legal action is taken, you agree that it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and shall be subject to Bulgarian jurisdiction.
